 Diagnostic fees cover the technician's time and expertise. A diagnosis does not guarantee repair costs until a complete inspection is performed. 

 All estimates are based on information provided by the customer and may change upon physical inspection of the vehicle.  

 We do not warranty customer-supplied parts. Labor warranties apply only to repairs completed using mechanic-supplied parts unless otherwise stated. 

The customer is responsible for providing a safe and accessible work environment. Service may be refused if conditions are unsafe. 

 Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been approved.  

 The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden mechanical issues, or failures unrelated to services performed.  

 Mobile services may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions for the safety of both the customer and technician.  

By scheduling service, the customer authorizes the technician to inspect and service the vehicle. No repairs beyond the approved estimate will be performed without customer consent.
